What is 'lifestyle' photography?

As nice as set up shots are, they don't represent your true memories of your newborn. Lifestlye photography is in essence 'paparazzi' style shooting. I just watch from a distance, taking photos of you doing your every day thing. Capturing the real memories of your newborn. Feeding, playing, bathtime, cuddling. What ever you do in your day. You will look back on these photos and remember the real emotions. 

When should I book my session? Do I need to pay a deposit?

As soon as you know you want a session, or find out you are pregnant! We all know babies don't come on time. My own was 4 weeks early. So I am very flexible. I don't book more than 3 sessions in a week so that I have the flexibility to get to you whenever I am required. If you are look for birth photography then I will be on call for 3 weeks. 

The £100 session fee secures the date. The remainder you pay when you choose your photos. 

Please ask about deposits for birth shoots as we can agree a flexible payment plan. 

How old should my baby be for a newborn shoot?

Ideally before 12 days old for the best cuddly sleepy shots. But do not panic! I can work with any age. It may just take a bit more time!

How long does the session last?

Between 1 - 2 hours. But as long as it takes really. I want to get the best shots out of your session. 

When will my photos be ready?

About 10 days.
